Looking at the oceans through the window of an air plane traveling across the Atlantic, has always given me the sense of God’s presence everywhere. Driving through side roads and having a close view of the woods, confirms to me the power behind the creation which is far beyond human comprehension; the power of God with whom no man can compare. Having sat at the sea side watching the sea tides on a sunny day, mirrors a hand folding sheets of water. Looking at the creation is the glimpse of the heart of the creator.
Creation is the Arts at its best. Beholding the nature is the most beautiful experience any man could have; the deep thought of it brings one closer to God. The awesomeness of God is revealed in His creation. God’s grace is revealed in the diversity of His creation. I am totally humbled by the revelation of God’s glory in His creation.
YOU being one!
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.” – Psalm 19:1-3. Everywhere I turn, anywhere I go, whatever I see, proclaims seamless work of God’s hand. None of his creation is of any fault; he made everything beautiful. Yes, YOU inclusive!
The existence of snow proves of the matchless wisdom of God, and we are being taught by the sight of it to admire and revere the maker of all things. The scientific analysis of man does not in any way take away from the greatness and goodness of God, it rather reminds us not to turn blind eyes to the wonders of God – “He directs the snow to fall on the earth and tells the rain to pour down.”. – Job 37:6. Who can tell how they were formed or how they came by? How many times has the weather forecast failed you?- Many! Only God has the authority, he has the distinct understanding of it all. When it gets frosty, we wonder at the tiny ice spikes around the edges of flowers and leaves, the icy crystals on the ground, and how some plants succumb to the severe weather. There is always the very need to remember and acknowledge “Him who alone does GREAT WONDERS, …” . We ought to marvel at God’s greatness just because “By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened”. – Job 37:10. The Knowledge of God is so much embedded in his creation. I mean in YOU!
Missing the Summer? Yea, you get to play at the parks, you visit the amusement parks, the school is out, children are home, the sun is always up, and it’s all fun galore. It is not easy to forget how dry the skin can get in cold weather either. Did you remember how you complained bitterly about how too warm it was in the last summer? We need to get it folks; “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease.” – Genesis 8:22. God’s work testifies of him a great deal. YOU are made in His image remember!
Love the Spring? Yes, the beauty is my fancy, how exciting to see the little flowers open, little birds sing, and little children happy. The time of the year when you feel the worth of the money you spent on landscaping. But you were not so happy about those allergies that flood households.
Still a time for YOU to walk with a spring in your step.
Have you ever admired the leaves changing colours in the fall? Golfing in the fall, I was almost lost at the gaze of the trees at the course, the charm of the sun lighting up the shapes and colours of the leaves, and the plain nature expressed in changed and dead leaves lying against the dull ground. I took out my camera and totally forgot about the golf balls.
Fall leaves bring beauty; just as YOU do.
Though we do not visibly see God, the creation unveils his invisible qualities. Think about the dimension and complexity of earth, see how much is contained in the heavens, he made them ALL. He made YOU!
Just close your eyes and imagine this world without God.
.“For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and the sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature so they have no excuse for not knowing God.” – Romans 1:20.
Be appreciative enough of what YOU have and who YOU are.
